Sydney was a doll in the Hattitude line, the last doll line of Cutie Pops to be released. Therefore, she did not make any other appearances.

Sydney has pale skin, bright pink lips and light blush. Her eyes have hearts in them, are emerald green and her eyelashes are purple. She has deep red hair with brown accents in her bangs and a single long pony tail without highlights. Sydney does not come with a bow. Her hat looks like a fuzzy koala with a purple bow on its left ear. She is wearing a lime green and white polka-dot t-shirt with a black and withe patterned circle skirt. It is decorated with 3 pops: a koala, a paw and a rainbow. She finishes off her look with lilac and white sneakers.

- Her shoes resemble Converse sneakers.
- Her name is a reference to Australia which is where koalas live.
- A koala is not a bear. That may be the reason the line name was changed from BEARy-CUTE to Hattitude.
