Starr was a Walmart exclusive Cutie Pop doll. She was released around the same time as the first release of dolls. She came with her pet Popcorn.
Appearance[]
Starr has a light skin tone, pale pink lips and heart shaped blush in a similar color. Her eyes are light teal and have a popcorn and a heart reflexion. Her eyelashes are pink and glittery. She has light blonde hair and her first set of hair pops is styled in buns with teal highlights.
Starr comes with a loose red and pink polka-dot dress and an attached teal jacket. The jacket´s sleeves are trimmed with white fur and the hem of the dress is trimmed with white lace. She has a white heart decoration with a pink bow on her chest. She finishes her look off with red socks, teal shoes, 3d glasses, 2 bows matching her dress. There are more extras included: alternative closed eyes with powder pink lashes and eyeshadow that also has a red dot pattern, teal and red yarn hair. The 12 pops she comes with are pretzels, popcorn, drinks and a bone for Popcorn.
Popcorn is Starr´s dog who comes with 4 pops. That adds up to a total of 16 pops in this set.

- Starr was the only Cutie Pops to have her hair pops styled in any way.
- She was the only store exclusive Cutie Pop.
